Our Story

I've lived in Bemidji my entire life. Along with my wife Shanna and the kids, Alex and Kaitlyn, we call Bemidji home.

We've had rental properties for about 20 years. We love getting to know our tenants! One of the goals of

Paul Bunyan Properties is to help our tenants find a place that works for them that they can call home

until they are ready to purchase a home themselves. 

I'm a proud member of the Bemidji Fire Department and I work for the City of Bemidji.

My wife works out at Ruttgers Birchmont Lodge and has been there from the beginning

of their remodel. You'll find her running all over the resort cleaning cabins, bartending, doing maintenance or

a host of other things. 

The kids, Alex and Kaitlyn are both in school and are becoming budding entrepreneurs themselves. They are

both hard workers and are our pride and joy.

Lastly are the hounds, Roscoe, Sadie and Nada. Rosco and Sadie are brother and sister Great Danes and fill our home with

lots of snuggles and slobber and Nada chews everything up!
